Ten Alps Publishing appointed to handle BT Internal publications

Ten Alps Publishing (Ten Alps) have won a competitive pitch to handle the advertising sales across the group and retirement versions of the award winning BT Today. Ten Alps shall also play a large part in introducing digital advertising and sponsorship to key intranet and internet portals - used by the far-reaching BT community - in addition to exploring other potential revenue streams.

With a combined circulation of 175,500, BT Today is published in two versions, an edition for staff and another for pensioners. The award-winning BT Today group edition is the most widely-read and trusted communication channel within BT. It objectively reports news and features from across the company to ensure its 100,000+ employees and their families remain engaged and fully informed as ambassadors of the company.

The BT Today pensioners' edition keeps former colleagues and their families - who remain passionate about the company, its values and its technology - up to date with BT's aims and objectives. BT values the feedback of its pensioners who remain shareholders and customers and this edition helps the company tap into this rich vein of informed opinion.

Matt Holder, Editor in Chief of BT Group, said: "It's early days but we have been really impressed with Ten Alps. Their initial pitch and their commitment so far has had that 'wow' factor that we were looking for.  We really hope that this is the start of a long and fruitful relationship for Ten Alps and BT Today and we look forward to working together."

"It is always exciting to work with a market leading company such as BT," commented Adam Gallucci, Ten Alps Publishing’s Business Development Manager. "BT Today is a high profile publication and we will be able to employ our specialist sales service across the whole portfolio. Our footprint in the affinity market means we are perfect for the task and we look forward to developing a range of reader benefits in print and online."
