Ten Alps Publishing to produce new publications in association with LABC Cymru

Ten Alps Publishing, in Association with LABC Cymru, is to produce two new publications outlining a coherent working relationship and message between all 22 building control departments in Wales

The first in a series of technical guides based around building control regulations is Accessibility by Design. This is a standard guide, which outlines Part M and is aimed at providing practical guidance on how buildings and landscapes can be adapted to meet the requirements of building regulations and optimise accessibility.

The second is a Building Control Prospectus, which will showcase the services that LABC Cymru can offer to prospective clients who are considering using Local Authority Building Control to oversee the development of major building projects.

Ten Alps Publishing is a business partner of LABC Cymru and is proud to be involved with them on both a local and National level and continues to sponsor their annual building awards.
